  • imageAssets isn't always a List

Reiterating that the expected return for imageAssets is a list and receipt of a string for a single image is not allowing us to pick up the asset location. CPG clients are complaining that their products are not being updated the way that they expect because of this. We have not yet found a code around for this. Please respond with plans for getting this consistent

  • No documentation/description of parameters for URL File Retrieval

I can't find a description of "element" or "storage" parameters for the URLfileRetrieval API endpoint. For instance, I'm trying to download the image associated with GTIN 00031200201072. First (Primary Images) request gives me seemingly relevant information on the following parameters: id = "4575303" (assetID) version = "1.0" (version) file = "09001939.jpg" (fileName) But I can't find any information on paremeters: "element" or "storage" So my request URL looks as follow:{?}/storage/{?}/file/09001939.jpg How can this missing information be accessed?

  • imageAssets isn't always a List

When calling{gtin}, if there is only one Image Asset, then the API returns only that singular object, not a 1 item list containing that object. In other cases, where there are more than 1 Image Asset, it will return a list containing all of the objects. This is causing an issue with the application we are developing, because it is expecting a list of objects, but is recieving a singular object instead. This is a non-trivial fix for us, as we are using a Serialization framework to transform the JSON string into an object in our application. I've attached an example of the issue (example.json) as well as a sample of what we normally see with the API (sample.json). I've also attached what we expected instead of the example (fixed.json) Also, it appears that the attach UI only takes the latest input from attach. When I tried to add a file, the ones that I had previously added disappeared. Selecting them all at once works, however.
