Every gtin returns 404

Every single gtin we submit now returns 404. Does this api still work?

    Joel, please try this GTIN... 00052100015491. Also, make sure you are using the GTIN 14, not UPC-A (12 digits) when making requests. Also, where are you getting the GTINs you are testing with?

    Did this recently change? As far as i can tell we have been able to submit 12 digit upc's in the past.

    The upc's are all cosmetics products. I tried converting them to 14digit gtin and I still couldn't get any to return a 200
